With the subscribe to insights feature now live on Locale, users can:
- Get reports on their preferred channel - Create new insights and subscribe to them via Email, Whatsapp, Teams, or Slack.
- Set the Frequency - Choose the exact time that these reports need to go out, either on a daily or a weekly frequency.
- Share Insights - Send insights to all the relevant stakeholders necessary with no upper cap on how many people they can be sent to.
Here are the following steps to subscribe to Insights:
- Click on the “Subscribe” button on the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Choose the notification channel (Email, Slack, etc) and the users that it needs to go out to, and the frequency, which is either daily at a specified time or weekly at a specified day and time.
Finally, click on ‘Save Subscription’ to complete the process.
NOTE: Subscribing to insights is now available with custom insights and will soon be a part of default insight reports too.
